Very personable doctor who explained clearly and concisely. She listened to me and answered my questions. I didn't feel rushed in any way, and I was quite satisfied with the consultation. Neurology isn't an easy subject and Dr Jones was just right. I would happily see her again.

Dr Jones welcomed me with a smile and a hand shake Listened to me answering any concerns and questions I had to help me in my opinions going forward. Dr Jones was very informative and made me feel very relaxed during my appointment I never felt like the appointment was rushed in anyway and Dr Jones is a great doctor

Dr Jones welcomed me with a smile and a positive firm hand shake when she introduced herself which automatically put me at ease. Dr Jones spoke to me about my options for moving forward and I was happy with the decision I had made. Dr Jones was very informative and made my whole appointment feel very relaxed.

Dr Joanne Jones is a fantastic doctor, she made the appointment very relaxed and answered all my questions i asked and took time to show me scans and explain them all. The appointment didn't seem rushed and answered all of my questions. Having only been recently diagnosed I had a lot of questions and not much knowledge of what I had, when I left I had all the answers I needed and felt so much better as I could rule out lots of things I had read myself and had been able to remove a lot of the worry. I was worried before the appointment regarding treatments ,but on leaving I am now happy with the decisions which will be made as she listened to all my reservations and explained it all to me , explaining I don't have to do anything I am not happy with and there is always options. I can't see anything that needs improving regarding my appointment and would be pleased if all my appointments were with Dr Jones.
